Refundable Deposit: If selected, you will be required to submit a $50 refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will be returned to you after your assessment is completed at the clinic, when you check out.

Non-Treatment Policy: The Graceful Clinic provides assessments and recommendations only. No treatment will be provided as part of this service.

Timely Responses: To maximize benefit to the community, we encourage all participants to respond promptly to questions. A lack of response (more than a week without communication) can result in the loss of your spot in the clinic.
