The Graceful Clinic is Connective Strength’s free, one-day multidisciplinary clinic designed to help individuals with EDS/HSD and related complex conditions access knowledgeable providers from multiple specialties in one place. Patients meet with a team of providers who review their concerns and offer individualized recommendations, resources, and guidance that they can take back to their established care teams. The clinic does not provide treatment or diagnoses.
