Applications for the Clinic close January 31st at midnight PST (GMT -8)

PLEASE NOTE:

• Refundable Deposit: If selected, you will be required to submit a $50 refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will be returned to you after your assessment is completed at the clinic, when you check out.

• Availability: While we would like to assist everyone, spots are limited, and we cannot guarantee placement for all applicants. Please understand that we will do our best to accommodate as many patients as possible.

• Attendance: Attendees will be chosen based on a variety of factors. Early applications do not increase the likelihood of selection.

• Non-Treatment Policy: The Graceful Clinic provides assessments and recommendations only. No treatment will be provided as part of this service.

• Timely Responses: To maximize benefit to the community, we encourage all participants to respond to questions promptly. A lack of response (more than a week without communication) can result in losing your spot in the clinic.
